We also offer low-cost lung cancer screening to help aid in your diagnosis.

Do I need my medical records to see a pulmonologist? 

Yes, it’s very helpful to have your records, so we can streamline the treatment process. However, repeat/additional testing is available, as needed. 

 

How can a nurse navigator help me?  

Our nurse navigators help identify the most appropriate pulmonologist for your care, obtain your medical records when needed, facilitate scheduling all of your appointments, coordinate your medication refills and coordinate referrals to specialty providers.
