Danse Bi, MD

Danse Bi, MD, is a gastroenterologist with Keck Medicine of USC specialized in diagnosing and treating patients with esophageal and foregut disorders. She has extensive expertise in performing nonsurgical, minimally invasive weight-loss procedures, including endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) as well as advanced endoscopic revisions to assist patients who have previously undergone bariatric surgery.

As part of the Keck Medicine of USC team, Dr. Bi is dedicated to providing patients with high-quality, compassionate care in every encounter. She prioritizes building trusting relationships with her patients and creating personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs, goals and values.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Bi is active in research efforts to enhance patient care. She is focused on strategies to improve endoscopic treatment of obesity and foregut disorders on a wide scale. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association and the Association for Bariatric Endoscopy.
