Dr. Kobsa completed a fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure, Transplantation, and Mechanical Circulatory Support at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He received his MD and his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University School of Medicine.
I prefer to take a collaborative approach with my patients. I like to talk to them and make sure I understand their health goals and they understand their issues and all of their treatment options. We work as a team. It's important for us to make joint decisions about care.
