Tommy Lor makes me feel well cared for and listened to. He provides therapies that are practical, that fit into my lifestyle, and he ensures that I understand so I can follow through with the treatments. He doesn't just provide service in the meetings; he informs me of additional Keck programs that complement my treatments with him that go beyond our appointments. To this, he is ensuring I meet my healthcare goals. He always follows up with me after our appointments to make sure I am not slacking on my goals. In our most recent appointment, Tommy flagged a health concern that I am having that is hindering my weight loss goals. He recommended a specific treatment and who to contact. Before providing this recommendation, he checked to make sure my health insurance would cover it, so I wouldn't be chasing down treatments that weren't available to me. I think this is going above and beyond and, again, it makes me feel like he considers my needs and is helping me reach my healthcare goals from all angles. Keck is lucky to have Tommy Lor.
