Dr. Mo is excellent at giving me an overview of any conditions or worries. She explains it very well and then we have a conversation about the plan she makes sure I have to treat the problem, any other worries I may have.

I took time to bring a complete medical history peat scan results echocardiogram results blood test results all performed outside of USC because I could not obtain an appointment for a year to see Dr Mo per your system used to make appointments Dr Mo came in and said I have not reviewed all this information I said well does not help me she then said I reviewed what needed to review am I know what I'm look at what do u want me to do you have had all these tests! To me this was unacceptable and attitude along with tone of voice was unbelievable. I pushed about the left block and the right which I told her she found from my stress test. She completed. She did not come in informing me of what she last found when she last saw me and what these additional testing indicate to her. I ended up pushing for something to validate my blocks and what I needed to do in her opinion. An EKG was completed. A six month appointment was made. An email was sent to me and I was told to respond to her or use the portal to contact her as I should not need to wait a year and a PA could facilitate surgery clearances. I explained I was never able to get out of the general new patient protocol when I called in only option was an appointment a year out. So I ended up with Foothill Cardiology who understood the need and got me in within a week. USC KECK was unable to respond to me with any options and then I had a combative medical appointment about what did I want?
