The PA was very through and she listened to me. She included me in the decision making

Well, a little trouble first because of the appointment schedule; initially it was at 10:00 and then they changed it to 11:00, plus connection problem.

The only thing is bad, and this is the second time this has happened. The first time with my primary doctor and the second time with this one. It seems a little disrespectful for me to have my camera on, and all I look at is a blank screen. At this point, it should just be a phone call. Other than that very pleasant voice
